About Us

Justin Hus was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas.  Justin attended Kansas State University.  He enjoys his work at Succentrix Wichita because he loves helping business owners solve problems and the variety of businesses that Succentrix Wichita serves.  Justin especially loves the process of taking unproven and unclean books, proving and cleaning them, and then presenting squeaky clean books to business owners and helping them make sense of their now accurate books.

Over the last 12 plus years, Justin has held the accounting related positions of Accounts Payable Manager, Controller, Director of Accounting, and now Senior Accountant.  Prior to his accounting career, Justin was a Technical Sales Engineer in the commercial laundry industry.

When he is not at work, Justin enjoys reading, landscape photography, camping, researching (everything), and is an active member of his Church.  Justin has unique skills in trend analysis and is a great resource to business owners in making sense of their data!

Tricia Gracey grew up in Duluth, Minnesota but has called Wichita “home” for more years. Tricia transferred from Cargill-Minneapolis to Wichita early in her career and Cargill gave her opportunities to explore both Accounting and IT fields. Tricia found her dream job where these 2 fields intersected, in the role of Senior Business Analyst. Tricia went on to Wolters Kluwer and used her business analyst skills on Product Management and Marking teams. She was led to Succentrix Business Advisors after a part-time job at Mark Arts introduced her to QuickBooks Online (QBO). Working for Succentrix gives Tricia the unique opportunity to build business relationships across Wichita.

With her background in IT, she has discovered a joy in also building relationships with her client’s 3rd party system support teams or anyone working at Intuit. She can communicate in accounting and systems languages and has been affectionately called a “geek” by her team once or twice (which she considers a compliment!). As a definite people person, these relationships and an awesome team of peers keep Tricia happy working for Succentrix Business Advisors. She is kept busy supporting her team and doing project work for clients with challenging data and processes – especially as they relate to QBO and any integrated systems. She became a QBO Certified ProAdvisor in March 2022.

When not at work, Tricia enjoys any opportunity to spend time with husband, Peter, their grown sons Ryan and Connor, and family from KC, Minnesota, and Northern Ireland. She loves running, reading, dinners and coffee dates with friends, mountains, and beaches. Tricia’s favorite half marathon was Grandma’s in Duluth. Tricia and Peter climbed their first 14er on a recent trip to Breckenridge, Colorado.

Stephanie Schwarz was born in Enid, OK; but has lived in the Wichita, KS area most of her life. She is a graduate from Wichita State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation, Stephanie spent the next 14 years working for a local bank learning the different facets of commercial banking and the loan operation systems.

She has a passion for research, data, and helping others find solutions to their financial needs. God opened the door for Stephanie to join the Succentrix Wichita team in 2021, and she is grateful to work alongside some of the best in the field.

When not in the office, Stephanie enjoys going for walks and bike rides with her husband, Andrew and their two children, MacKenzie and Coehn, homeschooling, reading, trying new recipes and serving alongside her family at their church.

Shawn Perry is a California transplant to Kansas where she has lived most of her life, except when she strayed across the border to live in Kansas City. While there, Shawn attended William Jewell College.

Shawn has worked in many fields gaining valuable experience in office management, banking, remodeling construction, tech support, and accounting. After working in non-profit accounting for nine years, Shawn joined Succentrix Wichita and enjoys working with multiple clients in different industries. Being detailed oriented, Shawn strives to ensure that their financial accounting is complete and accurate.

In her free time, Shawn enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, and home improvement projects with her husband, son and loyal dog. On a chilly evening, you might find her wrapped in a throw, while reading a good book with a hot cup nearby.

Cyndy Reynolds is originally from a small farming community 90 miles south of Chicago. She went to Eastern Illinois University and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. She has been living in Kansas for over 20 years. She is the owner’s wife and in the last quarter of 2023 was able to leave her job as client services representative and manage the office for Jim. Her years of working in insurance offices and most recently  in the janitorial supply realm have given her the expertise to manage the office.

She enjoys helping Jim with his schedule, talking with clients and working with their employees  to help improve the processes of the business. Outside of the office, Cyndy walks, does aerobics and lifts weights to try to keep fit. She enjoys reading, making her own greeting cards, sewing and helping other women grow in their faith. She and Jim have 2 grown sons.
